Overview

Engineering School students are eligible to participate in summer programs and others hosted by AOTULE -member institutions and overseas universities that have student exchange agreements with the three Engineering Schools of Tokyo Tech. As each program has different application procedures, please check the details when you apply.


Programs Hosted by AOTULE-Member Institutions

Member institutions of the Asia-Oceania Top University League on Engineering (AOTULE) host various programs that enable communication among students from the Asia-Oceania region.

INSTITUT TEKNOLOGI BANDUNG (ITB) International Virtual Courses (IVCs) 2021

OutlineOnline courses held by Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB)@Indonesia. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the ITB AOTULE Summer Program is replaced by this International Virtual Courses 2021. The event will be conducted on 26th July 2020 - 6th August 2021. The daily courses will be held from 17:00WIB (UTC+7, 19:00 JPN time), from Monday to Friday, and the duration of each daily lecture is 2.5 - 3 hours.

Asia-Oceania Strategic Universities Exchange Program (AOSU) is a program between Tokyo Tech’s Engineering Schools and leading engineering institutions in the Asia-Oceania region (not including AOTULE-member universities).

Outline The summer program held at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST), which hosts students from NTUST partner universities, offers lectures, cultural classes, and company visits.

NTUST 2 TOP Capstone Design Project Course(CDPC):2 TOP Capstone Design Project Course(CDPC)

Outline Capstone Design Project Course (CDPC), a course jointly arranged by Tokyo Tech Engineering Schools and National Taiwan University of Science and Technology (NTUST) , aims to provide the opportunity for engineering students to summarize, evaluate, and integrate their knowledge and skills of engineering design through the implementation of a hands-on design project.

EligibilityRegular program undergraduate students in their second or third year enrolled at:
  • Any department of the School of Engineering (except for the Department of Industrial Engineering and Economics)
  • The Department of Materials Science and Engineering of the School of Materials and Chemical Technology
  • The Department of Transdisciplinary Science and Engineering of the School of Environment and Society
